It said something about having spammy advertising. The dev(s) responded with "There are no spammy advertisements". I'm sorry but this just feels unprofessional, other devs would most likely respond with something like:"Hello, we are sorry to hear about your inconvenience. We will be updating the app soon to have positive feedback"
