Lots of totally free apps out there. Appydroid Development has several totally free apps. No monthly payment just free download and use. Unfortunately I have to give it a 1 star for that reason. I understand certain cost but a monthly fee to use is ridiculous. Even a one time charge is understandable but not monthly. Once again no limit and free is better then having limits. There's a difference between totally free and not.
