Patient Zero is a global infection idle simulator where you lead a secret underground bio-lab dedicated to creating and improving dangerous pathogens. This dark virus game blends long-term progression with constant experimentation and growth.

In this hybrid of idle mechanics, strategy, and simulation, your organization operates from the shadows—building labs, advancing pathogens, and expanding your spread. Progress continues even when you’re away, but the most important decisions stay in your hands. There are currently four pathogens (Virus, Bacteria, Parasite, Fungus) with unique strains, and a Nanobot pathogen is in preparation for release. Develop your lab, unlock stronger strains, and accelerate every stage of your progress in Patient Zero.
