Users value the easy scanning and the ability to earn and redeem points in real shops. However, recurrent problems drag the experience down: sign-in and account deactivation, crashes and update-related instability, a cumbersome, input-heavy workflow (repeated store numbers and per-item entry), and regional availability limits. Some users also report points not being credited consistently and receipt/data-entry limitations. Overall, the app feels useful to some but plagued by reliability and UX issues for many others.

The criticisms I have seen about this app are, in my experience, no longer valid. I have been using the app in Germany for 8 months now and have had no problems. I would say that the amount of effort needed to submit receipts and to scan all purchases is poorly rewarded.

Won't let me finish signing in. Keeps saying something went wrong

clean up the ui just sayn.make it fit to the daily routine one button "scan" do the magic voucher,product,barcode what ever 1 click -> scan -> done if it take more than 3 sec or clicks the app feels sloppy but say he get the grocerys,just scan the voucher and is done😍 now u have to get the data from the voucher,if u cant extract it,skip it,prompt 🤷‍♂️ avoid data by user input or u end up wit a useles dataset from time the user want the cake he click "survey", solve it,u evaluate and reward it
