An*****		 **I have contacted customer support and they have provided no help. Silence. Changing my rating to 1 star! Temperamental. When it works, it works well, but it often loses WiFi connectivity and is near-impossible to reset. The scan QR code doesn't work and there is no reset button (that I can see). My workaround: switch off the mains power and scan the QR code, which works. This is stupid and annoying.
