When I processed the payment I received a notification that an error had occured and the booking hadn't gone through even though the value had been deducted from my account. I was promised a full refund, and encouraged to book again. so I did. I went on and used my tickets without a problem but the refund came through shy of €30. made an enquiry. no response. I wonder how many times this inadvertent error happens...
