2026-07-12	Jo*****	The app doesn't work on Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra because of payment loop loading. Also I couldn't log in on mobile web because of Facebook Login issue with white screen. I had to delete Facebook connection with Get Your Guide so I can create a new account with email without Facebook creating the same email on mobile web. And guess what, it worked on mobile web payment without Facebook login, just email and new password. You guys need to fix this app because it's clearly a bug.

2026-07-12	Gl*****	I booked a "Fast-Track Ticket" for the Wieliczka Salt Mine expecting priority entry. Instead, I joined the same queue as everyone else. GetYourGuide later explained that "Fast-Track" only meant someone bought the ticket for me. Since the official website already sells tickets online, I effectively paid about 140 SEK more per person for ticket purchase assistance. They did provide a partial refund after my complaint, so I've updated my rating to 3 stars.
