The pickup is rude, super late and even marked my order unsuccessful! The pick-up didn't even try to send a message that the pick-up will be late for an Hour!

The. most pathetic experience. Time and again with repeated instructions, the trousers are pressed like jeans with the crease spoilt. Once sent the laundry back twice to correct the mistake but came back the same and charged again on credit card. The customer service insists that they understood the issue but it seems they don't care. Never again I am using this service
