She had an appointment through Star Health (Visit Health) and, upon arriving, was informed that USG and X-ray services were unavailable, and had been moved to your Indirapuram center. | 2025-01-21 | Completely waste app. It asks for an update every 2-3 days. I don't know what they improve everytime. Their services are very bad. Everytime I need to call their customer service for getting things done. Only good part is they pick my call. | ||

| 2025-01-21 | My corporate company uses visit for employess to provide free health checkups, opd reimbursement, free teleconaultations . But I must say this app is pathetic. I have raised my concerns several time about free health checkup being charged, free teleconaultations being charged and they are not able to solve it. Even the UI of the app is buggy. Even minor issues like scrolling is stuck, drop-down have duplicate entries, they are not able to fix. Would not advise this to anyone. | ||

They don't give you an option to reschedule your health check-up appointment in the app and to do so you need to raise a ticket which their team takes ages to resolve. On top of this, they will never connect you to any customer care executive when you call the helpline number. What's even more disappointing is that their call gets disconnected abruptly and they don't care to call you back. | ||
