2026-01-21	Ry*****	I really want to like this app—it’s one of the few that displays house numbers on the screen, which is incredibly helpful for deliveries. But it has major issues. While it can optimize routes, every single time I have a large number of stops, it inexplicably starts the route in the middle, not at the first stop. This always happens on our busiest Sundays, and it's inexcusable. I haven’t found a way to fix this.

2025-09-04	Le*****	I'm a realtor and I tried to introduce the app to a group of 30 realtors, title co and other services, but during my talk it only scanned 2 out of 4 addresses making an embarrassing moment for me. I contacted customer service but never received a reply about how to fix this app which doesn't scan all the addresses and sometimes skips addresses.

2025-03-15	Mi*****	Great concept. couldn't get it to work with the free trial. it would accept my routes but when I went to optimize it kept saying I needed to upgrade. I already accepted the membership but every time you go to optimize it wants you to upgrade and won't let you because you already have 🫤 disappointed

2024-12-31	Br*****	This app was so helpful during my UPS peak season. It is a tool that is a must have. It's biggest feature is being able to see address numbers and their position. The only thing that definitely needs to be updated is the maps. There are a few locations that have not been added, but I just have to figure it out, BUT... the success far outweighs the let downs.

The 24hr wait for a reply is ridiculous. Will be looking through the other apps to find one with full functionality. I will say if you are not interested in saving your route and only want to use it for a few stops, it's fine for that. But I'm a mail carrier, I need to save my routes.
