User Reviews

Reviews are mixed. Many users value the app for convenient booking and organizing appointments and payments. Others report usability problems, especially after the 2.0 update, as well as performance or login issues. Poor customer support is also mentioned by more than one reviewer.

Pros

Booking and appointment management are easy for many users and help reduce hassle for barbers and clients.
Useful for organizing client appointments, check-ins, and payments.
Several users describe the app as helpful, attractive, and a strong alternative to other booking apps.

Cons

Ease of use is inconsistent: multiple users report that the app is confusing or difficult to manage, with one strongly criticizing the 2.0 update.
Reliability problems recur, including lag, unresponsiveness, and trouble logging in or resetting passwords.
Some users report poor support or difficulty reaching the company to resolve issues or cancel an account.

Recent reviews

Having trouble navigating the update. I no longer receive notifications period (they are on in settings). The 3 day schedule view is clunky to navigate. The times/names are hard to read and when you're trying to scroll to see the upcoming week- the bookings are sensitive to touch and the profile pops up. I also have to turn on "show days off & blocked time" every time I open the app. I understand it takes time to learn the new update but it feels like I have to search for basic features.

update 2.0 , lord the update is awful , its like a developer got there first job and decided to do everything but nothing is user friendly. its impressive the original version is 10× better than this abysmal upgrade
