2025-01-10	Am*****	I recently booked floor cleaning services with Spruce twice. First time they rescheduled the cleaning for whenever they wanted, forcing me to cancel. Second time the cleaning crew didn't show up at all and they did not provide any explanation. Both times I had to adjust my work from home schedule and move personal belongings, causing significant inconvenience. This lack of professionalism and respect for my time is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using their services.

Because I can only deal with their customer service. I used their service a few times because I liked the outcome, barring a couple things, but with the last two times needing customer service, it's been a nightmare.The chat can't actually help beyond giving you a coupon for your next clean that expires READ MORE ON GOOGLE REVIEW
