2025-01-10	Am*****	I recently booked floor cleaning services with Spruce twice. First time they rescheduled the cleaning for whenever they wanted, forcing me to cancel. Second time the cleaning crew didn't show up at all and they did not provide any explanation. Both times I had to adjust my work from home schedule and move personal belongings, causing significant inconvenience. This lack of professionalism and respect for my time is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using their services.

2024-10-09	We*****	Don't fall for their polite and flowery words.Cleaners are fine.Sure,they miss a thing or two,but who doesn't?I can work with that on subsequent cleans.Except, I can't. Because I can only deal with their customer service. I used their service a few times because I liked the outcome, barring a couple things, but with the last two times needing customer service, it's been a nightmare.The chat can't actually help beyond giving you a coupon for your next clean that expires READ MORE ON GOOGLE REVIEW

2024-09-15	Ok*****	Very professional, thorough, and communicative. I will definitely be using their services again! I'm a teacher, and I'm at work from 7 AM - 6 PM most days plus use weekends to grade. Spruce is my monthly splurge so, on the rare occasion I don't work on the weekend, I won't have to spend it cleaning.

2024-09-12	Co*****	Most of the time this app opens and errors, "something went wrong please try again or contact us" The functionality is limited when it does work and has some very frustrating quirks when trying to edit bookings Customer service is very rude and unwilling to take any ownership I like the service and convenience but this app is total garbage

I had to email my complex to get them access and they were still turned away. Also complex claimed there's a form on the app for access which there isn't. Not changing rating.

2023-06-07	Ke*****	Have had some bad experience with customer support. The app doesn't always work correctly and requires to be uninstalled and installed again. Spruce claims that it works with the leasing office and doesn't require anything from me if I'm not home to open the door but not the case. They wait till the people are right there and then ask for help with entry instead of getting that settled ahead of time. Unfortunately, because of price, still consider it until I find something better

2023-05-24	Al*****	They charged me and never show up for the cleaning. When I reported it through text they never replied back. When I chat with them, they didn't solve the issue. So if you are looking for an expensive, but unreliable cleaning service; Spruce is for you.

2022-12-08	Va*****	every time I go to put in my password it doesn't take it. them I go to register all over again and it says it already exists then I put forgot password and create a other and it still doesn't take it. and to top it off it's crazy expensive. might as well clean myself it isn't work AT ALL and I'm also free.

2022-09-30	Da*****	Their cleaning service is great. Everyone who has come has been fast, efficient and good. They even have the ability to add additional time for tasks they wouldn't normally handle like Organization, dishes, Laundry. Definitely worthwhile.

2022-09-17	Ap*****	App makes it very easy to schedule service, choose what services to use, has prices listed, and payment is easy. Plus, you receive updates when the Spruce employee is on their way, has arrived, and left, with puctures after the cleaning. Definitely using them again!
