2023-01-24	Ch*****	My experience at getripay was very unpleasant. I used the app to buy airtime at 6am it didn't go through and neither was it reversed. It was after several chats and reports that I made to the customer care chat that it was finally reversed at about 3pm. This is very poor, annoying and a major put off.

2022-10-27	Ak*****	I would strongly advise anyone using this app to delete it. They will hold your money on paid status without crediting the beneficiary bank. They don't even have customer support. No means of communication with customers. Very bad bank.
