Radicl: Field Missions

Get paid for on-site field work near you. Radicl posts real, paid home-services missions — solar site surveys, roof and property inspections, storm-damage assessments, equipment checks — and pays you the moment your work is verified. Training provided.

How it works
1. See what's nearby. Missions are matched to your location, so every job is worth the drive.
2. Get verified. Quick in-app video training and one mock mission, and you're ready.
3. Accept what you want. Review pay, location, and details before you commit. Take as many as your schedule allows.
4. Do the job. Follow the on-site checklist, snap the required photos, submit from your phone.
5. Get paid. The moment QC verifies your mission, your pay is initiated. No invoicing, no waiting.

Over $6M has gone out to field agents across 25,000+ missions nationally. Whether you're filling gaps in your week or building steady income, you choose when and where you work.
