2024-09-14	Do*****	Keeps cutting out won't hook up to my Internet from more then a few feet away then I gota unplug it to move it were I want it farther away then my eithernet cord reaches and it won't connect I've bought 3 different boosters and I can get my Internet service from almost a 100yds away on my Bluetooth and phone but not the icon bullet camera

2024-07-20	Vi*****	Camera is very reliable. It can detect low volume sounds and motions in complete darkness. The camera will send notifications via WiFi without delay for any sound or motion detection. Highly recommended.

2023-03-12	Jo*****	Customer service is not very helpful. I have one camera that will connect to wifi and one that will not. I've talked to them 3 times now my only option is to buy another camera and try the new one to see what happens. Also on my recorded clips the time is not correct and I can't figure out how to correct it.

2022-10-08	Mi*****	You gotta pay for recording. The cameras keep disconnecting from my wifi and you have to use an ethernet cable to reconnect them. That's not easy after they're mounted and they only supply a 3 foot cable with the camera. I'm very disappointed in this product. The cameras themselves have decent quality when working. I will be looking for another system after my purchase of 1 year is up.

2022-05-15	Br*****	Camera and app work well, could be improved with constantly writing to the SD card for review, instead of only the brief snapshots. App could improve with ability to set the motion dead zones in app, not just online. Quite happy overall with product!

I can view Cameras on Smart Phone and PC at home or away from home. Each Camera needs to plug in to power. Camera video is very sharp and clear. Auto night vision shows brite video at night.

Camera will pickup a car passing by but won't pickup car pulling into drive way, stopping in front of house or even me leaving for work in the morning. I have packages delivered and wasn't picked up by camera. I have 3 installed, front of house, carport and back patio. Looking to buy something else.
