Tried making a direct transfer which isn't possible so my money disappeared into the nether. I tried using the automated system to create a ticket to get my money back but it wouldn't let me enter a date to complete. Luckily, Mandy helped me on the chat tool, was very helpful and sorted it all out for me!

Super good rates, pretty good app. Quite intuitive, easy to transfer in, savings goals (and allows you to measure savings outside of your account), also an area with lots of information and advice which is great. My only complaint is that it's a bit confusing to see what proportion of your LISA is bonus (and how much bonus you are due / has already arrived), moneybox did that much better.
