## Closed testing

Google requires 12 testers opted in for 14 continuous days before a personal
developer account can apply for production. Start the clock as soon as the
track is live — the 14 days run in parallel with everything else.

Collect 12 Gmail addresses, add them under Closed testing → Testers, and send
each the opt-in link. They must accept and keep the app installed.
