2024-12-27	Vi*****	The feature wherein you upload a short introduction video to verify your account does not work. Says processing, gets to 100%, then nothing happens. This is a huge issue as we were told employers look for profiles with videos when hiring through the app. Needs to be fixed ASAP.

The customer help line was so helpful I was lucky to get another course with the help of calling asap as I entered class not knowing about this Elearning which is good . Just make sure you plan or do look whats needed in future and plan giving time. I stepped out and will be in today . Guess its why they say do it months before lol. All good though. I got my Licence 3 years ago doing 5 days but Top up is shortened but a good refresher.
