However, recurring issues are severe: performance and reliability problems, ad-heavy UI, login/access blocks, payment integration issues, and limited language support with weak support responsiveness. When it works, the app is fast and convenient; otherwise reliability is a major blocker.

Payment and card integration problems (SMS verification, Blik/Google Pay issues, no virtual cards, and low pay-by-link limits).
Language support limited to Polish (no English option) and slow/unhelpful customer support.

Recent reviews

Does not let me do online purchases when I put in my valid epin. Support is not in English, which is odd given that they know a lot of users migrated over with Citi. I sent a query and still no response. I also dislike the UX of both the app and the website. Slow. Edit: The response to my review is also not helpful nor addresses my initial review. I can use the app in English but notifications are in Polish. I don't recommend.

first of all who made this college project app? nothing positive abt it

I cant send money from Euro account to a Polish Zloty account I have to send the Euro to PLN account and then to the persons PLN account. The app is not user friendly. I am not happy at all. I can't send Euro to my USD Account its not consumer friendly at all and the customer service line people are nto helpful at all.
