Great events and convenient to have everything in one place online.
Easy to navigate interface (though opinions vary).
Best events available in Tel Aviv and beyond.

Cons

App is very slow and unresponsive.
Frequent crashes and issues with opening the app.
Ticket purchasing and retrieval issues, such as tickets not showing up.

Recent reviews

I purchased tickets and they don't show up in my account. I was emailed a link with no barcode. There is no way to transfer or download tickets. Support is unresponsive and unhelpful.
