Getify Jobs is a new age recruitment platform which helps recruiter to post the job for free, shortlist the candidates & schedule an interview with the help of power packed Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Recruiters can also join the campus drive at different colleges where we run the campuses on time to time.
How it Works?
Direct Interview
* Recruiters can post unlimited jobs free of cost
* Recruiters can view unlimited profiles free of cost
* Recruiters will be charged only based on the number of attendees
* Coins will be credited back if the attendees didn’t show up for the interview
Campus Drive
For Recruiters:
* Recruiter can review the campus drive and can request for joining
* Getify Jobs will verify and approve the recruiter
* Recruiter can post their requirements
* Recruiter can conduct the interview and shortlist multiples of rounds & select the candidates through campus drive as per their needs
For Placement Officers:
* Placement officer can fill the form and request Getify Jobs to run the campus drive on their premises
* Placement officer can decide to run the campus drive either On Campus / Off Campus
