2024-11-09	Ma*****	Please indicate the clinic or practice name that the physician is located at!!! After exploring Garner, it's obvious that their model claims of quality focus are problematic. Using a model that focuses on single provider and does not include any consideration to care team behavior is in conflict with care quality best practices. Additionally, relating a mid-level to just one Physicians rating also demonstrates a lack of knowledge on healthcare operations and structure.

2024-11-01	Am*****	INFINITE LOOP. While previously it was working, now it won't let me sign in. Idk why i was suddenly logged out either, the app is basically broken now. Just tries to set up account, then tells me account already exists, then I click sign in and it takes me back to creating account. Infinite loop here as well. I loved the app when I did work for me.

2024-03-12	An*****	My employer uses garner assist with employee benefits and there's no info telling me which doctors are and are not accepting new patients which just wastes time. I called several different locations only to find out the nearest doctors accepting my insurance are 75 miles away.
