Set exercise goals, automatically track streaks, log workouts via Health Connect, and record 80+ exercise types. Use GPS for cycling and running, track gym sessions, and manage calories with AI camera recognition, a food library, hydration, and fasting support.

The app adds layers of fun and depth: hundreds of illustrations and animations, widget or watch-face integration, and achievement cards. You can add friends to share routes, compete for rankings, and like others’ workouts.
