Edit: They finally were able to process the refund after days of me fighting with customer service. I think it got escalated because I left a bad review... Overall though the product is good. Its basically an Amazon store with a cash advance feature. The prices on the store arent too bad, but be careful as you have to pay for shipping. Would be 5/5 if I didnt deal with the headache of getting a refund.
