2024-10-14	Ik*****	Geodnatech have been so helpful, make It things easier for data recharge,but am facing the issue of unable to login again due to incorrect password,and the fingerprint is no longer functioning.,I can not even recharge my data with my #3k in the wallet, it's really painful,I don't know what to do.Need help right now.

2024-09-27	Ja*****	Not trustworthy! This is the first time I faced difficulties with you guys. Geodnatech has been my favorite ever since it was recommended to me by my teacher. And I have so far been recommending Geodnatech to my friends and family. Please do uphold your dignity by simply doing what is right. All terms and conditions are supposed to be written clearly for customers to read and agree before making any transaction! You didn't provide that for Airtime to cash services!

2024-06-27	Ab*****	Like seriously this app is getting annoying, how can I want to sell data to someone and am unable to open the app saying something went wrong even showing my password is not correct despite the fact that am using fingerprint to open it. Am tired of this app , sometimes I will sell data to someone and the person will not see it , if I have not log complaint I will not see a solution. Please 🙏 find something to do with it

2024-06-18	An*****	This app is turning fraudulent, I don't understand what is happening this days. Someone will transfer money to app, app will swallow the money without reflecting it. I bought card, money deducted, card I didn't see. I bought data on wrong network instead of to bounce my money back, Money was deducted, data I didn't see, money I didn't get. I will delete this app if this continues

2024-04-06	Li*****	This app is becoming more frustrating everyday....data coupons not loading and funded wallet not reflecting. The most frustrating part of all ....you contact admin,instead of them helping you ,they tell you they're working on it and diplomatically block you so your next messages don't get to them. You keep sending messages that don't get sent ! Gosh !! Geodnatech,please fund my wallet now !! The transaction was successful from my bank !! You're indirectly driving away your resellers !!!!!

Not the first, neither the second but the third...

2023-08-19	Nw*****	I bought 1.5gb Airtel data for someone, 1 month subscription last night and up till now the person have not received it Secondly, I did gotv smallie quarterly subscription today and it was not successful, was chatting the customer service number on WhatsApp but was not getting reasonable response from the person behind the keypad. Pls do something about these as the money involved are people's money.
