Geo-tagged Photo Capture & Data Entry: Empower your field agents to capture accurate, geo-tagged photographs instantly. Each entry automatically records precise location data (latitude, longitude, accuracy, altitude, and heading) and allows for detailed notes. Photos are saved locally and seamlessly synchronized to the secure cloud backend.
Smart Sync:GeoTask stores all captured data locally using SQLite, and automatically syncs it to the Supabase backend and cloud storage once a connection is established, ensuring no data is lost and operations remain uninterrupted.
Robust Task Management System:
Task Creation & Assignment: Higher-level users (Collector, Admin, Officer) can easily create and define tasks with titles, descriptions, priorities, and specific start/due dates. Tasks can be assigned in bulk to various roles, departments, designations, or mandals, or individually to specific users within their scope.
Status Tracking & Monitoring: Track the real-time status of all assigned tasks, from "pending" and "in progress" to "submitted," "completed," "rejected," or "overdue." Oversee your team's progress with intuitive dashboards.
Review & Approval Workflow: For tasks requiring verification, designated supervisors can review submitted entries, provide remarks, and either approve or reject submissions, maintaining quality control and accountability.
Hierarchical Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): GeoTask features a sophisticated multi-level user hierarchy, ensuring data security and appropriate access for every team member:

Leader Dashboard : Oversees users, departments, mandals, and designations within their assigned district, capable of creating tasks for subordinates.
Admin : Manages users and designations within their assigned department and district, and creates tasks for their subordinates.
Officer : Supervises a team of Supervisors and Local Agents within their department, with visibility into their subordinates' geo-tagged pictures and tasks, and task creation capabilities.
Supervisor : Manages Local Agents within their assigned department, reviews their geo-entries, and approves or rejects task submissions.
Local Agent : The frontline users responsible for capturing geo-tagged pictures and completing assigned tasks efficiently.
