After receiving a Refund to the Genome Card and after I have submitted all the documents and the proof's, they started to play games: ohhh, you need to proceed again with the KYC....ohh..you need to do this again, that again.... And , the horrible thing I saw in my life is that after submitting again the KYC , I have just received a message: YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED FOREVER ! Hmmmm, I suggest to everyone which have an account opened with Genome to quit it !

They will also refuse to close the account even if you regret opening it instantly because they have charged you 20 euro before you realize their shady tactics. SERIOUS FRAUD ALERT.! Update : scammer like this always yell terms and conditions that you signed online by just clicking a checkbox and boom you are charged!

They can just like that hold your payments and ask you justification about your payment, why is this payment done, what is the relation with the sender, they want send a proof of payment.. and in the end, they dont accept payment anyways and send its back to sender. On statrment literally says for what is payment and everything is good, the person tried to pay multiple times and got rejected and eventualy they closed the account, for what reason?? Because a person tried to pay me. Please if you have time use revolut, wise or monesse as they are the best cash app banks there is! Don't waste time on this app!
