Genie Mobile App is ideal for small and medium size businesses for their Administration staff, Accountants and managers. The primary purpose of Genie Mobile App is for sending documents such as Accounts payable(ie Suppliers) invoices Expense receipts relating to expense, Tracking of processed and unprocessed documents sent by users, viewing of tagged supplier invoices payable, discussion can be done about particular documents via a comment field. There are three different log-off options. First option is to enable users to remain logged in. When a user clicks the app, he/she will be able to go straight into the app and use it. Second method is using primary devise lock method to use the app. Third method is to log off every single time the app is closed.

Accounting firms using the system have the ability to view all of their clients’ documents via Genie Mobile App by clicking on the client’s name.

Web version of this Genie Software has features of full accounting functionalities.

Features of Genie Cloud version include but are not limited to the following;

• Creation of Sales invoices, Sales Credit Notes, Quotations, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders.

• Contains All important reports such as open/unpaid invoices of Customers, Customer Aging Summary, Customer Balance Details, Customer Balance Summary, Vendor Balance Details, Vendor Balance Summary, Vendor Aging Summary, Vendor Unpaid Bills, GST Detail Report, GST report Summary, view Prior sales tax return.
• This software also features of OCR, Accounts Receivable automation, Instant payment notification of Accounts receivable for all business contacts within genie platform.
• Unrestricted Customisable fields which are as good as high-end ERP software but with lower subscription fees and there is no limit on number of Customised fields.
• Subscription fee doesn’t change based number of users and logins created. “X” number of users can be created for a Company.
• Bank feeds will be enabled with no additional Cost to subscribers in the near future and we are looking for partners to enable and integrate this important feature with our Genie Software.
• A bank feed is a digital link between the bank accounts and accounting software which automatically imports bank transactions into the Genie accounting software on a daily basis.
• There are scale up options that will be available in near future with full Inventory and payroll integration either by our own development team or via third party APIs with other software in the market.
