2023-11-29	Ro*****	ENOUGH!!!! After i bought my son geniebook, i thought that he will get robux which he wished for!!!$8000 is a scam!!!!! But tjey keep refund us and said that they will change the robux give card from USD to SGD for pepole to redeem but its about 10 months i have joined, they haven't even change it!!!!! Dont subscribe them if you want robux from geniebook!!!!Geniebook better change it or i will unsubscribe and ask for refund!!!! And the marking take super long, does advertisements are fake !!!!!!

2023-09-23	xt*****	As an educator, I am impressed with how well the program is developed and how well the support is. It suits my self directed learner who will attend the live lessons/recorded lessons and then attempt the questions by herself. I like that there are extrinsic motivation for her like the bubble store. She had since exchange for a lenovo ear piece which she loves so much. On the con side, I think the pricing strategy can be better to entice people as signing an entire year is a big commitment. 😉

2023-07-31	En*****	Bubble qn only gives 5 bubbles or 10 or 15 max for primary. They say "IT so much for 15!" But it's useless. U can't get anything with that. Items in the shop are way to overpriced and breaks easily. I ordered a drawing bored magnetic thing and worked super well. The next day it couldn't erase. We can't even get refunds for it

Better off sending to private tuition. Sales will tell you the child will be motivated due to bubbly gifts but lets face it, children do not really care for those cheap gifts. Why would anyone pay that same price for a child to study unsupervised when they can hire a tutor to do the same with feedbacks from the tutors directly?

2022-07-31	Le*****	Reasons for a 2 star review: 1. I used to be really good in science until I used Geniebook and everything started going downhill. 2. GenieAsk is a complete scam for bubbles. When there are qns for students to answer and earn bubbles, nothing actually was really added into my acc. 3. The ws created for open ended can sometimes take forever to mark which is something I'm not really happy about. 4. I don't think this is suitable for unmotivated students as I was only motivated at the start. 🤦‍♀️

This is pathetic, if it works on an iphone, why cant you do the same for android. I also tested it on my father's Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Same thing happened. Geniebook, pls fix this. I don't see a reason why u cant do the same thing you did for ios and let the app be actually usable for android users

2022-03-08	Da*****	To be honest this app made life so much easier, i can now do geniebook anytime anywhere, even if i am outside and i don't have a laptop. Geniebook helped me alot in my Sec2 English and Science. The thing that motivate me to do more worksheets is the reward system. All in all this app is great=)
