Review summary

User reviews show a strong appeal for YearCam's fun, creative potential and overall positive experience, but recurring concerns dominate: pricing and billing problems (no free trial, expensive, repeated charges, refunds), misleading ads/free-trial promises, and reliability/feature limitations. These issues lead to a mixed sentiment with many users discontent about subscriptions and value.

Pros

  • Fun and entertaining to use, especially with photos
  • Positive experience and perceived quality; described as amazing and having potential
  • General satisfaction with the app's concept and output

Cons

  • Pricing and billing issues: no free trial, expensive, recurring charges, double billing, refund difficulties
  • Ads and trial promises are misleading: free access or credits not delivered
  • Reliability and feature limitations: some reports of it not working or being heavily censored/limited
  • Subscription management concerns: complaints about scams and trouble cancelling/refunding
