2026-07-29	mt*****	Every single receipt I submit has to be manually reviewed. This started Mid-June. I tried reinstalling & now I can't get signed in. The email link to reset the password just goes to log-in screen.

You're at the mercy of their AI scanning your image of your receipt and guessing what items are, which misses more often than it hits and sometimes won't give a list to pick from and I have to rescan the receipt. It misses things that qualify thinking they're something else and there's no way to attach a photo to the message you can send about a discrepancy. All that for a measly 10¢ is not worth it.
