2024-11-04	Ra*****	On the app it is now asking for device password i have put it in as well as any other I have had on the nvr or app and it's not accepting any of them. It's never done this before.

2024-01-25	Ma*****	An update would be great. The playback is virtually nonexistent now. It used to be great, and now I have to close the app over and over again until the playback decides to work.

2023-11-30	Na*****	It's a really nice system wasn't terribly hard to setup I have pretty good range I didn't need a repeater to cover the areas I wanted to picture quality is good pretty easy to see detail vs some older cameras I've had night vision works well it does have a little bit of lag in the live video but nothing that noticeable the app works well overall I'm happy with it well worth what I spent on it

2023-11-05	Ka*****	Worst app ever! If your internet goes out the cameras won't automatically reconnect to the wifi. And no matter what you can't connect them it keeps telling me the cable is unplugged but they're not running off the cable! And customer support is Non existent!

2022-11-16	S *****	App was working just fine but now when I am not using wifi, I cannot view my cameras!! So when I'm away, I can't view my cameras...what's the point. Been going back & forth with support but nothing has worked.

2022-10-03	Ni*****	Was 4-5 stars. Up until now, I've only had 3 cams running and they were fine. This 4th one don't want to connect and it's crucially needed. Plays on TV, not on app though.

2022-05-17	Ma*****	Working great for what we wanted it, and we basically use the hard drive and record, as per schedule and set-up. Just as other market leader it will send lots of notifications and sounds, when I select those options, perhaps a little too sensitive, even when on the lowest setup. However, the camera works great and we don't need to share any information like many other systems want like Google or Amazon. That was very important to us in our family environment. Works also when on a trip in Europe.

2022-05-04	kr*****	Generally works fine, sometimes it doesn't record when I really needed it. I just don't like the function where the app controls the phone's brightness---it's a major battery killer and is too blinding sometimes.

2022-01-18	Ja*****	Junk supposedly plug and play so put cameras up plugged in hooked up to Wi-Fi and cameras came on and looked great but not recording so looked into that there's no hard drive put hard drive now nothing works but the lights on the box I have 6 blue screens went threw the setup 6 times and every time I end up at the same place nowhere
