2023-06-08	Ch*****	Worked good for the first little while, once they sent the correct camera's, but no just saying OFFLINE when ever i try to login through the app. Not worth the cost.

2022-06-07	To*****	Lost the auto colour/ infra-red option. You have to choose either one. Colour runs the led lights during the day. Need it to have an auto day/night detection back.

2022-03-03	Ra*****	half second delay on phone not too bad and I have to say tech support has been really helpful and sent me new dvr because first one was defective after help on Facebook messenger. this sweet lady helped me and guided me throughout this and spent a lot of time and patience but we got it working... thank you Arwin very good soul 🙏

2021-10-27	BI*****	I can't move the cam unless I grab it with my hand. The app won't show the mover cursors . Left right up or down . None work I tried moving the video its self finger on and push or pull up and down and nothing . Have tired Uninstalling reinstalling . These people don't respond. The phone number for help just rings no one answers . And they removed my last review. I bought 2 cams and the app is sucking large they don't even respond to your questions or concerns on here either

2021-07-14	Jo*****	Same as mine i had a genbolt camera for more than a year now. Works fine but today it wont go to online if im using my phone data. It says OFFLINE But as soon as im home and connected to my home wifi were the genbolt camera wifi connected, everything works fine. Pls help!!!

2021-07-09	Al*****	Solar panel security camera does not connect and app says offline all the time. Not good for the amount of money it cost ended up sending it back for a refund.
