Evolverium

Evolverium is a simulation game where you watch a colony of bacteria evolve in real time. Each bacterium has a gene with three traits — speed, toxin resistance, and food efficiency — that determine how well it survives the current environment. Bacteria seek out food particles, divide when they have enough energy, and pass mutated genes to their offspring.

The environment shifts over time — toxin levels and food availability change, and periodic challenges like Toxic Surge, Famine, and Paradise force the colony to adapt or die. Bacteria that are poorly suited to the current conditions lose energy faster and die sooner. Watch natural selection play out across generations. Upgrade mutation rate and division threshold in the shop. Unlock new colony color skins.
