This application allows us to perform incident surveys interacting with the main points to be alert to any of the following points:

- The use of moving machinery or equipment
- Misuse of a tool
- Not respect the pedestrian crossing
- Use of chemicals not allowed
- Place flammable material near fire sources

The application is an incentive point where we can take preventive actions in favor of us as Bepensa collaborators since within it you can raise a report where it shows what type of unsafe condition you observe and in the work area where that situation occurs with that A high percentage of incidents can be avoided.

These reports will be administered by personnel trained in Occupational Safety issues. This in order to keep a dynamic control and thus be able to avoid an unfortunate moment for you as a collaborator.
