Gemster - Smarter Acquisitions

The acquisitions workflow built for film professionals — not spreadsheets.
Gemster is the industry-grade mobile platform designed for acquisitions executives, festival programmers, sales agents, and distributors who need to move fast, stay organized, and never let a great title slip through the cracks.

SCOUT SMARTER
Browse and track titles across festivals, markets, and direct submissions from a single unified inbox. Flag titles, annotate screeners, and build your watchlist on the go — whether you're at Sundance, Cannes, or between screenings at TIFF.

MANAGE YOUR PIPELINE
Move titles through a fully customizable acquisitions pipeline — from first look to offer to deal close. Assign statuses, add notes, and collaborate with your team in real time. Every title, every conversation, every decision: all in one place.

COLLABORATE WITH YOUR TEAM
Share title assessments, attach screener links, and leave timestamped notes for your colleagues. No more email chains. No more lost coverage. Gemster keeps your team aligned — across time zones, markets, and devices.

TRACK WHAT MATTERS
Build custom watchlists, set follow-up reminders, and monitor title availability windows. Get notified when a title's status changes or a deadline is approaching. Stay ahead of the market without being glued to your inbox.

BUILT FOR THE INDUSTRY
Gemster speaks your language — rights territories, deal terms, festival premiere statuses, genre taxonomies. Designed in close collaboration with acquisitions professionals, every feature reflects the real rhythm of how deals get made.

SECURE & PROFESSIONAL
Enterprise-grade security protects your deal flow and sensitive title information. Invite-only team spaces keep your pipeline confidential.

Gemster is used by acquisitions teams at independent distributors, streaming platforms, and leading sales agencies worldwide.
