MyCare Partner

MyCare Partner is meant for nurses, caregivers, and GDAs who have been onboarded and verified by the MyCare Partner team.
Access requires a valid registered phone number and an OTP-based login. New users cannot self-register without prior approval.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Log in with your registered mobile number and OTP.
2. View bookings assigned to you on the home screen.
3. Open a booking to see full details and accept or decline.
4. Once accepted, navigate to the location and complete the visit.
5. View your booking history any time from the bookings tab.

PERMISSIONS WE USE

• Location: Used only when you open a booking and tap navigation, so your maps app can guide you to the patient's address.
Location is not tracked in the background.
• Notifications: Used to alert you about new bookings, schedule changes, and important account updates.
• Internet: Required to fetch your bookings and sync your profile.

PRIVACY AND DATA

We treat patient and partner information with care. Personal data is used only to operate the booking workflow described
above. You can review the full privacy policy and terms inside the app under Settings.

respond on working days within 24 hours.
