2024-11-08	DO*****	They keep changing the app, and now my Samsung note 20 doesn't take clear images on the original gemlightbox. It's annoying that the company always makes changes or updates the app.

2024-11-01	Je*****	One of the worst apps I've literally ever used. Almost impossible just to connect your camera to the actual gembox, Bluetooth signals just won't show up. On a random day when it does decide to work none of the settings will load, so you just have a blown out image that you can't adjust, and one day those might decide to appear but your camera settings will just decide not to sync with the app so your image will never be in focus, or will be stuck in the wrong focus mode. Unusable.

2024-08-17	Am*****	Not a fan of this new update. My pictures don't match what is on my screen, frame wise...color is super glitchy. Much slower process for me. Frustrating and can't find the help I need.

2024-08-09	Da*****	The Android update of 8/4/24 is terrible. Takes twice as long to get videos of pictures to camera roll because you cannot download selected files, only one at a time. The automatic bells and whistles just get in the way of collecting images, the auto focus is twitchy and the whoke experience is frustrating. I only use it with the $300 turntable, so when my free year is up, that will be a paper weight, cuz this app isn't worth the time to install much less $299 a month!

2024-03-21	Sa*****	Completely awful. I've wasted so much time because files don't actually save when you assign a sku. I go in after shooting and all products are mixed are blank. Skus in system but not assigned to anything. Or it saves but then tries to sync with the website and it gets deleted. They have no solution besides update the app on my phone.

2023-09-29	To*****	One star is generous. This is the buggiest app I've ever used. Gemlightbox Hub is filled with bugs that pop out of knowhere. Android IPhone and The Hub on the computer is the worst piece of software that i ever used and the fact the we paid $2000 for the machine and another $2300/year for cloud subscription for something that doesn't work is a disaster. Tech support does absolutely nothing for you. After 3 months of sending emails there is 0 improvement...

2023-08-31	Go*****	The android app is quite simply put - trash. Camera locks up instantly on a Pixel 6, making the app unusable. Further, if you can magically get a photo off, camera calibrate and other functions on Apple simply aren't here. Total garbage on Android.

2022-12-24	Ra*****	Just purchased this unit and boy I was in for surprise, I have have no doubt about the box it's great, however the app and the quality is way off for 1400$ that I spent I expected a much better app in terms of the picture and video quality more control over my photos to get a good shot rather than what it actually is..... Really disappointed 😞

2022-09-06	Tr*****	Used to love this app. They now have a cloud storage option for a fee. Well now all of my videos and pictures are constantly trying to sync with the cloud that is full and there is no way to turn off sync. It's just wasting my battery while I shoot videos and pictures. Also, every time I open the app a notification pops up that my cloud is full and that I should buy more space. It has the option to click "never show this again" but it doesn't work. It still pops up every time. Super pushy..
