GembaWalk is the mobile companion for operations and quality managers who
run Gemba walks and need a fast, reliable way to capture issues on the
shop floor — right where the work happens.

GEMBA WALKS
Plan and execute structured walks directly from your mobile. Create a walk,
assign it to a department, set a category (Safety, Quality, 5S, Lean, and
more), and start logging everything you observe in real time.

ISSUE LOGGING
Capture issues the moment you spot them:
• Add a title, description, priority, and department
• Attach up to 6 photos or videos per issue, taken directly with the camera
or picked from your library
• Use AI-powered voice dictation — tap the microphone, speak, and the
description is transcribed automatically
• Track status: Open, In Progress, To Review, Resolved

AI WALK REPORTS
At the end of a walk, generate an AI-powered summary report that highlights
key findings, recurring themes, and suggested next steps. Share it directly
from the app.

TEAM & DEPARTMENTS
See your full team, roles, and departments. Admins and Managers can create
new departments directly from the app.

OFFLINE SUPPORT
No signal on the floor? GembaWalk saves your work offline and syncs
automatically when the connection is restored — nothing gets lost.

WHO IS IT FOR?
GembaWalk mobile is designed for operations managers, quality engineers,
lean practitioners, and continuous improvement teams in manufacturing,
logistics, healthcare, and any environment where frontline visibility matters.

The mobile app works alongside the GembaWalk web platform. An active
organizational account with Admin or Manager role is required to sign in.

GembaWalk does not use your location, contacts, or any data unrelated to
issue and walk management.
