User Reviews

Most recurring positive comments are about Gelson’s stores—quality, cleanliness, staff, and selection—rather than the app itself. The clearest repeated app complaint is unreliable, difficult-to-use sign-in and functionality. Other reported issues, such as a wrong store, missing delivery instructions, and an unapplied promo code, appear only once.

Pros

Reviewers repeatedly praise the store’s product quality, especially its fresh produce.
Several reviewers describe the stores as clean.
Reviewers mention helpful or nice staff.
Some reviewers praise the stores’ broad selection.
