RememberTo helps you organize medications, doctor appointments, and daily health information in a single app, designed for both those managing their own health and caregivers.

With RememberTo, you can create personalized reminders for medications, recording the medication name, dosage, frequency, times taken, duration of treatment, and helpful notes. Notifications help you remember when to take a medication and allow you to mark a dose as taken, missed, or postponed.

You can also save visits, tests, and medical appointments with the doctor or facility, address, date, time, and notes. For each appointment, you can set personalized notifications by choosing the days and times you want to receive them, such as the day before, a few hours before, or whenever you prefer.

RememberTo notifications are dedicated to medication reminders and doctor appointments. The other sections of the health diary are designed to record, consult, and share information, without creating automatic reminders.

The health diary allows you to collect useful information over time:
- medication intake and treatment progress
- vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, SpO2, temperature, and weight
- symptoms, intensity, and possible triggers
- side effects and any associated medications
- blood sugar and time of measurement
- free notes after visits, tests, or treatment changes

When needed, you can export and share PDF reports with doctors, family members, or caregivers.

RememberTo includes a caregiver mode designed for those caring for family members, patients, or loved ones. If you use the app as a user, you can authorize a caregiver to view only the data you choose to share: medications, doctor appointments, and health diary. Permissions can be managed and changed at any time.

The authorized caregiver can consult the person they are caring for, view shared doctor appointments, follow the health diary, and receive medication and appointment reminders when permissions are active. For users with accounts, the caregiver can view shared data according to the permissions granted.

The caregiver can also create and manage profiles for patients without accounts. You can organize your medications, doctor appointments, health diary, and reports directly from the app, keeping everything in one place.

The app supports account authentication, privacy consent management, consent for health data, and ad preferences. Personal and health data are processed in accordance with the app's Privacy Policy.

RememberTo is available in multiple languages, including Italian, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, and Serbian.
