2025-12-31	Dr*****	I got orders through Etsy for a shipment that was not fulfilled, it was sent back. i did reorder it and i was due to pay full fare, which i find very suspicious because in the site it saied i was deemed to pay only shipping. find it unfair, had to refund the seller myself and still think there are better customer services than just talk to an AI-agent that only gives you empathic thoughts over a serious issue
