User Reviews

Some users find the app useful once their ACs are connected, but recurring setup and connection failures undermine that benefit. Reviews also describe devices disappearing after reopening the app, trouble registering, and missing Wi-Fi password information. Crashes, sluggishness, and limited features are additional repeated complaints.

Pros

When setup succeeds, the app provides useful Wi-Fi control of Mabe air conditioners; several users report that it works as intended.
Some users successfully connected and controlled multiple AC units.

Cons

Connection and setup problems are common, including units failing to connect and missing or unclear Wi-Fi password requirements.
Registered AC units may disappear after the app is closed, requiring users to set them up again.
Account creation or registration can be difficult, invasive, or fail to complete.
Users report crashes, slow performance, and settings or information not loading reliably.
The app lacks desired features and integrations, including voice-assistant support and fuller control options.
