this is my 2 days experience Sleeping data is good enough to estimate a recovery day Duplicate data: When sharing data via Samsung Health Connect (Samsung Health, RingCon, and Strava), running activities are duplicated and inflated. For example, an 8 km run records as one 8 km activity and a duplicate 16 km activity. The app fails to filter these out. Incorrect activity detection: When riding a motorcycle after exercising, the ring incorrectly detects and records it as a cycling activity.
