Seriously, a massive event with such a phenomenal team and millions of dollars behind it, how can they possibly have let something this bad have their name on it? Find a grad student with 10 minutes on their hands, and it'll be a better product.

2023-08-08	Ma*****	The app is barely helpful. The schedule is nice but the map, the most important part, is absolutely trash. I zoom in too much and I can't get context of where I am. I zoom out and all the names and details disappear. This is a major usability issue.

2023-08-02	Sa*****	Was great the last couple of years but just spins now even after making sure it was up to date. Same for both phone and tablet and my wife reports the exact same thing on her phone and tablet. I'd be willing to revise my review if it's fixed by the time the convention starts but that's only a day or two away!

2023-07-28	Ji*****	It's less than a week to GenCon and the app is unusable for my most common use cases. You need to sign in each time you open it, searching the map takes you to 404 errors (after which you're prompted to sign in again!), and event search is a dart throw if it will let you actually enter your search term or not. I can't rely on the app, so I guess I'll go heavy on print outs and use the web as needed

2023-07-26	Mi*****	It says it needs an update, but there's no update to be had. It's not working correctly. You can't use the search function correctly, 9 out of 10 times, it won't bring your keyboard up to allow typing in the search bar. Really bad app, considering Gencon is just a week out.
