2025-01-21	An*****	Worked for the first 4mths and now crashes everytime it's opened, despite deleting and reinstalling. Completely useless now. Have to rely on the neighbours when we need to put our bins out.

2024-11-03	Ce*****	It will work in council yard but nowhere else just tells me to change council. I have tried with several android phones and tablets all same error.. there is 2 options of app.. Mid ulster council and northern ireland versions...tried both and both give same error....it says skip intro... I tap that... then it hovers and sorry data download????etc then says change council... but nothing else happens no matter what I tap....just stays on that screen...

2024-02-05	ro*****	This app is a complete joke. All it does is act as a portal to your councils website. You can't even get it to save your address. It's better just to keep your councils website open in a tab in your browser. At least you don't have to keep re- entering your address that way
