- It is operated by an independent third-party professional firm (RedWhistle) to guarantee confidentiality and anonymity.

- Major financial institutions, large corporations, central administrative agencies, local governments, and public enterprises in Korea utilize the RedWhistle Helpline.

★ Matters Applicable to This Helpline

1. Guaranteed Anonymity

This system does not generate or maintain internal access logs containing Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, making it impossible to track users and guaranteeing anonymity.

2. Enhanced Security

This system is equipped with firewalls, hardware web firewalls, and Intrusion Detection Systems (IPS), and security monitoring is conducted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 3. Report Storage and Access Permissions

For security purposes, reports and inquiries are stored directly on RedWhistle's secure servers, and only authorized personnel are allowed to access them.

- Please be sure to note down the unique identification number (6 digits) assigned after submitting a report or inquiry. After a few days, please check the processing status to verify the response and progress of the audit staff.

- Please take care not to expose yourself. When writing a report, please be careful not to reveal any circumstances that could lead to your identity being guessed.
