2024-12-17	Charles Toscana	Hi, i here to tell you that based on my terrible experience with this crypto exchange, this is one of the worst exchange, be careful to deposit your crypto on this exchange because you might regret it, it's easy to deposit your funds from other exchange but it's very difficult, almost impossible to withdraw your funds or crypto. For more than two hours, i have been trying to withdraw my crypto and for no reason they won't let me withdraw my crypto, i will also fight them on X

I have tried your Gate.io app but that app also have some issue during kyc. So that why I am trying to use this lite version but this app not even opening in my device.

If VIN id card is Not acceptable by you, then, you're indirectly insulting the country government because, it is a government issued ID that cannot be faked. even use E-Nin issued by the government, still rejected. I will increase my star when the gate.io account is verified. UPDATE: A/c now Verified. Increasing the star right away.
