Gastro POS Hub - Waiter

Gastro POS Hub Waiter is the staff companion app for restaurants running on the Gastro POS Hub platform. It puts the floor in your pocket: take orders at the table, fire them straight to the kitchen, and watch every dish move from "new" to "served" in real time — without walking back to the till.

This app is for restaurant staff. You sign in to your restaurant's workspace by scanning the setup QR code your manager shows you, then logging in with your personal PIN. You'll need an active Gastro POS Hub restaurant account to use it.

• Live kitchen status — every order and kitchen ticket (KOT) updates live: new, cooking, ready, served. Mark dishes served the moment they land.
• Instant notifications — get a push the second the kitchen marks food ready, so nothing sits under the heat lamp.
• Shifts & cash registers — clock into your shift, open your assigned register, and close it with a full cash count at the end of the night.
• Works in your language — the app is fully localised in 14 languages and switches instantly.

HOW IT CONNECTS
Gastro POS Hub Waiter talks to your restaurant's Gastro POS Hub system. Your manager enrols your phone with a QR code and sets your PIN — there's no account sign-up inside the app. The same app works for any Gastro POS Hub restaurant; the QR you scan decides which one.

PRIVACY
The app collects only what's needed to do your job: your staff name and email, your login PIN (stored as a salted hash), a notification token for push, and the orders you handle. No advertising, no selling of your data. You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account.
