Gastronauten-Team

Gastronauten Team is an employer-provided companion app for catering and hospitality staff. It is designed for approved business users who are invited or paired by their employer through the Gastronauten Suite manager app.

The app helps staff members stay connected with their workplace operations. Depending on the employer’s configuration, staff can view assigned tasks, use work chat, access HACCP workflows, open shared PDFs, check transport checklists, respond to open demands, view calendar information and review work history.

Access is restricted. The app does not offer public self-signup and cannot be used as a standalone consumer app. A staff device must be linked or approved by the employer before full access is available.

Camera access is used for QR scanning during pairing and attendance workflows. Location and NFC may be used only for secure attendance verification when enabled by the employer. Push notifications are used for assignments, chat, shared PDFs, transport checklists and open demand updates.
