2024-07-25	Gu*****	This is a really good app, just a few bug issues since the new update has come out. When I click "today" in the calendar, it goes up to a month back or month forward. I can no longer open links/calls from the app. Before, I was able to highlight the link or a telephone number, and it would give me the option to call or open the browser, which was really helpful.

2024-06-01	Ph*****	Brilliant app been using for 3 months, easy to use for everything from certificates, service reminders and invoicing. I am a one man band and just love that I can access my customer data base from the app, customer details, boiler info and work history at my finger tips, so useful. I am just about to upgrade (as I'm so pleased with the basic package) so I can integrate sage accounts with it, see how that goes. 100% recommend this app so far 👌

2022-03-01	HE*****	This app is great! After years of use for gas work i highly recommend. The app is simple, easy to use and well laid out. Over the years the bugs have been ironed out, to absolute zero! Which is great, However even when the bugs were present, you absolutly can-not fault the customer service ! On the ball is an understatement ! Cheers guys

2021-06-29	Ge*****	Still room for improvement when it comes to the basic forms. Buggy sometimes but getting support on that and solutions faster than in the past. New look phone app is quite nice and user friendly. I just wish they would rework the basic Gas Safety form to get more practical layout and less messy aesthetics.

2021-02-06	Go*****	I have used this App since the beginning. It is great for me as everything is covered for running my business. When I have any issues....usually my own incompetence...the staff are brilliant, very patient with me whilst sorting out every issue that has bothered me. £216 per year is for nothing for the benefits it offers. I would recommend to anyone especially those not too tech savvy.

2020-12-20	N *****	Very helpful. I send off my invoices as soon as I completed the job and reminders are sent automatically. I use every day now. Improvements and updates are made according to customer feedback. Quick and very helpful advice. Would recommend to anyone. Only down side is it's become very costly. I've had the app for a long time. Now and it's cost was very low and now I would say very high.

2020-11-24	St*****	when it works it's great but too many bugs, records get lost, emails to customer say sent and haven't. It makes you look unprofessional when your app says a quote or invoice or safety certificate has been sent but it hasn't. Seriously thinking about leaving this app only thing holding us back is the huge amount of admin required to start again with another app.

2020-10-22	ri*****	Could be a good App. However the torch button in gas rate don't work on my Samsung A20e also the calendar won't show individual engineers e.g. filter by person. When adding a photo in certificates can take photo but don't get added to the certificate. Appliances don't show in unvented cylinders. The calendar is the most important thing to get sorted first!

2020-10-19	He*****	Twice they've tried to implement an update, and twice it has failed miserably. Fails to sync, fails to login. Forced to uninstall the updated software and reinstall the old software yet again (losing any information created since the update). Wont answer the phone anymore. Theyre also stopping Xero integration soon. Abandon ship! I'm testing out other software as £40 a month for this is a joke.

I would love if it synced with my TPI flue gas analyser which has Bluetooth functionality . Let's see what they come up with on the new updates. Also it would be nice to modernise the buttons within the app to make it feel a bit more clean and modern, other than these minor points it is very functional. Thanks Gas engineer Software.
